Q: Best advice for collaborations and networking to expand your business.

A: Three steps to expanding your business through collaboration & networking:

1. Listen: You may think that you need new connections for your business, but let’s not discount existing relationships. Take time to listen to your current audience and network and see if there is untapped potential there to partner and grow your business.
2. Get Clear: Knowing what you are expanding to is huge! Not only is this necessary to understand where you’re going, but also who you need to connect with along the way.
3. Get Uncomfortable in New Spaces: Your expansion will require you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. This may mean getting in new rooms, getting rejected and showing up in new ways. It’s worth it!
